Fun and easy recipe to make for a light snack. Adults and children to both enjoy.
You will need:
- mini sausages
- 1 onion
- bell peppers (I used 2 for color)
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt to taste
Slice the onion, julienne the carrots and devine the bell peppers to cut into squares.
Next, cut the sausages at the ends making an X, this will open up and look like octopus legs once it’s
heated in the pan.
Heat up your pan and add olive or canola oil. Stir fry the vegetables and add the sausage. Stir fry until
vegetables are cooked then add soy sauce and sugar. Add salt to taste.
